Photonics Epitaxy Process Engineer

This posting is to hire an experienced III-V Epitaxial Process Engineer working on our MOCVD deposition chamber for our photonics emission and detection technology platforms.

This position will be focused primarily on the development of InGaAs III-V Hetero-Epitaxial photodiodes and infrared light emitting diode film growth and device fabrication processes.

Minimum Requirements

This posting is to hire an experienced III-V Epitaxial Process Engineer working on our MOCVD deposition chamber for our photonics emission and detection technology platforms. This position will be focused primarily on the development of InGaAs III-V Hetero-Epitaxial photodiodes and infrared light emitting diode film growth and device fabrication processes.
MOCVD Deposition Experience: 7 years with B.S., 5 years with M.S., or 3 years with Ph.D
The successful individual must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, and be able to execute a variety of tasks on short notice is a must.
Candidate must exhibit the ability to work independently and as a part of a multifaceted team, as required. The needs of the organization can change quickly and therefore the person hired for this position should be flexible and able to learn new topics quickly.
This position may require annual background checks.
